What is Mynido  

Mynido is an online estate agent who can offer everything that your highstreet agent offes but at a fair fixed price. We believe that there is nobody better than you to sell you home. After all we could not possibly know everything about hundreds of properties but individually you will know everything there is to know about your home which therefore makes you the best person to sell it. Our service allows you to decide how much control you wish to have of the sales process and more importantly how much you wish to spend. We believe our service offers a transparent fixed cost service that not only gives you control but also saves you thousands.

Who will create my property description?   

The property description is created by you, the seller, via the User Account page. Once you have created a user account you can add all of your property details and upload photos. This gives you control of the advertisement content and you can edit whenever you want.

How long does it take to start selling my home online?

We aim to get your property live on the top property portals within 3 working days of you contracting MyNido. Of course, this may also depend on your availability and how quickly we’re able to book in a photographer if the Photography Pack has been added.

Where will my property be advertised? 

We advertise all of our properties across all the major domestic and international portals such as Idealista, Keyro, Pisos, Zoopla, Prime Location, A Place in the Sun and many more. We can guarantee that your home will be seen by thousands of prospective buyers. Of course, you will be able to see how many buyers have viewed your property advertisement via your user account.

For how long can I market my property on MyNido?

You can market your home on MyNido for up to 12months, at no additional cost with the Essential Plan. If you select the Monthly Subscription option at €69/month you can advertise for as long as you need until your property sells. You can cancel the subscription at any time with no further costs.

Can I change the sale price of my home once it’s for sale?

Of course, simply login to your user account and make the change on line and this will automatically update the price on all the portals. If you would like to talk to us about the price change we would be happy help. Just give us a call or drop us an e-mail.

Once I receive an offer for my property, will you help me move forward with the process?

Yes, at MyNido we can advise our clients throughout the process with legal and mortgage assistance for you/your buyer.

Do you hold my credit card or debit card details?

No, we use a secure online payment system provided by Stripe. Payment is made using an authentication system.

Do you ever release my personal contact details or information

We do not share any of your personal details and they will not be visible to any party until a viewing is arranged, where we simply provide prospective buyers with a name and contact number in case you need to communicate before a viewing takes place

What parts of Spain do you cover?

Who handles payments at MyNido

We use a completely safe and trusted payment service called Stripe to manage all financial transactions on MyNido. They are a PCI Level 1 compliant service provider, and use secure https for all payments, and all card numbers are encrypted for your security and peace of mind. How does MyNido vary to other Real Estate Agents?

There are several key differences between MyNido and a high street real estate agent. First and foremost, we do not charge any commission on the sale of your property, representing massive savings to you (close to € 30,000 saving on a €500K home). Instead, we charge a modest one time fee to market your property. We provide a better and more streamlined service whereby you, the seller, has more control of the sales process. This provides you with a completely transparent experience which is faster and more effective. As soon as you have contracted MyNido and uploaded all the common property details, including photographs, your property will be live on our web page immediately and normally live on all the major property portals within 3 working days . Through your User Account portal you can access all the current information about your listing, including the number of enquiries and from where they came from, viewings, viewing feedback and many other features.

What is the first step if I am interested in hiring the services offered by MyNido?

This is a quick and easy process. Firstly, create your user account by following the link on our homepage or click here. Once you have created your account you can add all your property details online. When you are ready to publish the advertisement, complete the on-line payment  and then your property will be listed on all our international portals. We will then contact you when an interested buyer has questions and to arrange viewings and with contract negotiations.

How do I determine the sales price of my home?

Of course the advertised sales price is determined by you. However, we do offer a free, online valuation tool that can be accessed via our main home page.

Can I propose an alternative day for a viewing?

Yes. All you need to do is select an alternative date and time in the on line diary accessed through your user account

Where can I review all of my viewings, viewing feedback and any offers?

The aim of our service is to make the process as transparent as possible and giving you control of much of this process. This includes complete visibility of booked viewings, feedback from a viewing and any other relevant information about your sale. All this information will be visible in your user account. When we receive an offer on your property we will contact you directly.

Who conducts the viewings?

The most qualified person to carry out a successful viewing is you, the seller, as you know more about your home than anyone else. We understand that you may not want to conduct viewings or may not be available and therefore there is an option to select our Complete Plan. In this case, we will take care of the viewings for you. Every viewing will be booked around your pre-selected availability and schedule, and you can see all your arranged viewings in your online account.

How will you inform me about viewing requests? Can I see all of my viewings, feedback and offers?

When a buyer wants to view your property, we will immediately email you with details of their request. You simply need to log into your online account through our website to either accept, decline or propose a new time for the viewing.
